American Physical Therapy Association

The Legislative Panel currently consists of eight(8) members who are involved in our association’s political process.

* Mark Stoff – FPTA President
• Ellen O’Bannon – FPTA Vice President & Panel Chairperson
• Paul Hughes – FPTA Treasurer
• Tracey Estock – FPTA Director at Large & PAC Chairperson
• Ken Jacobs – FPTA Secretary; Key Contact Chairperson
• Sheila Nicholson – Regional Director, WC District
• Ken Tuley – FPTA Speaker of the Assembly
• Cheryl Kirton

The panel works closely with the FPTA lobbyists, Martha Edenfield & Gene Adams, from the law firm of Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar, to assure that proposed or drafted legislation is in the best interest of physical therapy in Florida.

Being involved in our political process benefits all aspects of physical therapy.

Alert and updates can be found on the FPTA and APTA websites.

Please contact any member of the committee for additional information and become involved.
