Finance Panel

In accordance with the FPTA Bylaws:

ARTICLE VIII. COMMITTEES AND PANELS
Section 1. Board Panels
There shall be Board panels composed of members of the Board as assigned by the President, to serve on the panels for a one-year term. The elected Treasurer shall serve as the Coordinator of the Panel on Finance. The President shall serve as ex-officio member of all panels. The Board panels shall be responsible for identifying needs in their areas of interest, as outlined in the Chapter Policy and Procedure Manual.
A. The Panel on Finance shall:
1. Consist of members of the Board as assigned by the Chapter President, one of whom shall be the elected Treasurer.
2. Advise the Board as to expenditures, investments of funds, and present an annual budget to the Chapter Board of Directors.
3. Be involved in the areas of budget, investment, financial planning, scholarship, student loan programs, fees, and compensation.


Within the Panel on Finance are the Budget Committee and the Finance Committee.
